Tŷ Milford Waterfront

Stayed on Sunday 4th January for one night as we were in Pembrokeshire for a visit. Really nice 4* hotel on the waterfront with plenty of free parking opposite hotel. Reception staff were really friendly and helpful and checked us in even though we were two hours early. Used the gym which was small, but perfectly adequate for a workout. Good selection of dumbells, a cable multi gym machine, two treadmills, a cross trainer and a spin bike - all new, modern and in good working order. Didn't eat here so can't comment on the restaurant. For £58 this was an exceptional bargain - I think it is normally a lot more. Very nice stay, would definitely stay here again.

Really good customer service, having booked in late. The room was spotless, bedding was comfy. Very quiet, nice view of the dock, again no noise from outside. I will definitely book to stay here again.

Popped in with my mother for a coffee and lunch, food was exceptional we had the Welsh lamb burger and Panko chicken burger, the bartender Liam was very welcoming and helpful with my dietary requirements, will be back more often, didnt stay as local to the area so cant comment on rooms.

Had a super weekend away at this hotel. Had a family room (upgrade!) with fantastic views of the marina. The bed was large & comfortable with really nice sheets & bedding which was very much appreciated. The bathroom, whilst small was adequate & the white towels were large, fluffy and soft - what is there not to like ! Breakfast buffet was good but not excellent as most of the food was only warm - the bacon was hard and cool, sausage was nice and only one type of egg on the buffet - scrambled eggs that were overdone. Ordered poached eggs but they came swimming in water & had not been drained, kitchen staff maybe could do a little better. Overall a lovely stay. As marina berth holders we are happy to recommend to our friends and family when they are visiting us on our boat.

We had an excellent stay at the Ty hotel in Milford Haven. Our room was spacious and modern with a lovely view across the waterfront. The staff were very helpful and friendly at all times and answered all our questions. The bar area is very good with a wide selection of drinks. The breakfast was excellent with lots of choice for each member of our group. The best part of our stay was eating in the restaurant which had an exceptional menu and we would highly recommend it. We will be back again!

I really enjoyed this hotel. Although initially it was really difficult to speak to anyone through the automated phone system,you can end up in a dead loop. But bar/restaurant staff very polite and professional. Food was really nice . Rooms were superb value for money.

The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep, and the room had all the amenities you would expect from a high-quality stay. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the attention to detail was clear, from the soft lighting to the quality furnishings. The large windows allowed plenty of natural light and made the most of the marina views. One of the highlights of the stay was dining at the hotel’s restaurant. The food was beautifully presented and full of flavour, with a menu that showcases local Welsh produce. Breakfast in particular was excellent, offering a generous selection of hot and cold options. Enjoying a morning coffee while looking out over the water was the perfect way to start the day. The atmosphere throughout the hotel strikes a perfect balance between relaxed and refined. It feels equally suited to a romantic getaway, a business trip, or a family break. There’s a calm, welcoming energy that makes it easy to unwind. Only stayed for one night but room was spotlessly clean and furnishing was modern and bright. En suite very pleasantly furnished and clean. Bed comfortable leading to a good nights sleep and premises were very quiet. Welcome tray in room very well stocked. View from bedroom on first floor overlooked the marina. Staff on arrival and departure polite and courteous providing all necessary information. Recommended.
